Our passion is the creation, production and marketing of innovative contemporary baked goods which reflect the enormous growth in the demand for specialized, healthier cookies made with good ingredients and no artificial additives.

We combine the richness of a traditional Scottish shortbread recipe with the health attributes of the teas, and coffees which are baked into each BISCOTTEA square.

Biscottea was started in 2007 by an innovative and creative group of food professionals baking shortbread biscuits and cookies in Seattle the old-fashioned way but with a modern twist to match the current lifestyle. Using only all natural, clean, and healthier-for-you ingredients infusing real tea, and real coffee combined with all natural flavorings into BISCOTTEA products for great pairing with your favorite beverage or just to have a great cookie.

Since then, we have got so many enthusiastic letters, calls and emails from people telling us how much they enjoy our shortbread, so much so that it inspired us to spread even more. BISCOTTEA and BISCOFFEE shortbread cookies have been sold in several countries around the world. You know us from retailers like Costco, Caribou Coffee, Home Goods, World Market, and many major airlines.

BISCOTTEA continues to work on new flavors for your enjoyment and will be keep you informed on our new developments. Our future categories will include Tea infused, Coffee infused, and Fruit infused, along with new offerings from our Savory category.
